However, after a few months, the sign began to fail: the tubes flickered, the casing faded from sun and rain exposure, and one day, a corner of the sign nearly fell on a passerby. Frustrated but determined, Li invested in a second sign, this time choosing more expensive materials and a more complex manufacturing process, hoping for better durability.

Yet less than a year later, history repeated itself. The new sign's LED lights began failing in large numbers, the brightness dimmed significantly, and the once eye-catching storefront sign could no longer attract passersby.
