What occasions are your illuminated signs suitable for?

Our illuminated signs are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. If situated in a coastal environment, we utilize the highly durable 316 stainless steel to ensure resistance against rusting even in seaside areas. These signs can be employed for applications such as billboards, store signage, gas stations, and similar settings.

What type of lighting source do your illuminated signs use?

We using blueview brand LED and meanwell brand AC transformer. They are industry leaders and have CE、UL and RoHS certificates.

What is the lifespan of illuminated signs?

The lifespan of illuminated signs can vary depending on factors such as the quality of materials used, the type of lighting technology, environmental conditions, and maintenance. Well-crafted LED illuminated signs from ACSON SIGN can last for many years, often exceeding 50,000 hours of usage. Regular maintenance and proper care also contribute to extending the lifespan of illuminated signs.

Do your products meet specific quality standards or certifications?

Certainly, our products are certified with CE, UL, and RoHS certificates.

How long does it usually take for production and delivery of signs?

Generally speaking, the production of signs takes around 5 days, but this depends on the quantity and size of the signs you're purchasing.

We utilize DHL, FedEx, and UPS for international shipping, and typically, deliveries reach your doorstep within 5-8 days.

ABOUT INSTALLATION

Do you offer installation services?

Very sorry, we are signage manufacturers in China. So we can not offer the installation services out of China.

But we have some business partner out of China, who can install the signage for you, if you need their installation services, we will give you the contact info.

Can I install my business signs by myself?

A good installation can make the signage have a good final effect. Though we suggest you hiring some person who have enough experience to install the signage for you, you can install the signage by yourself too.

With the signage we will give you:

  • Accessories: Such like stud bolts, nuts, which would be used for the installation.
  • AC transformer: Can use 110v~240v AC, to give the LED lighting 12V DC.
  • 1:1 layout template: A full size, pre-spaced, paper print of your signage with marked all holes position for studs bolts and cable.
  • Installation diagram: To show you how to install the signage.
  • Wring diagram: If your signage is LED signage, we will give you the wiring diagram to show you how to install the signage.
Do you have some option so that I can install the signage by myself quickly?

We can install all the signage on a backing-panel or a backing box, so that you need not to install the signage part one by one, just need to fix the backing panel or backing box. If your signage is LED illuminated signage, we will link all the cables too, so that you just need to insert the plug into socket, but you need to tell us the length of the cables you needed at first.

But it will cause the production cost higher, also cause the delivery cost higher, since the package would be much bigger than only have the individual signage.

Support

How about your cancellation Policy?

On any product, you may cancel your order by request before manufacturing begins. If your order has not yet passed on to the production phase, no additional charge or cancellation fees will be applied.

Your Products are immediately processed after your account manager confirms the order. In the early stages of production, we may allow cancellation. If fabrication of an item has begun and you want to cancel, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The fee will cover labor, materials and other factors that went into the cost of manufacturing. You will be notified of the amount to be charged upon your cancellation request.

How about your warranty policy?

ACSON SIGN guarantees that the signage is free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment. In the event of any malfunction falling within the scope of this warranty, the buyer must notify ACSON SIGN before taking any action. Undertaking any work or repairs on the warranted signage during the warranty period without notifying ACSON SIGN will automatically render the warranty null and void.

If the product proves to be defective within the warranty period, ACSON SIGN will choose to:

  • (1) Repair the product through phone/email support without charging for parts or support fees.
  • (2) Replace the product with an equivalent one (may be new or refurbished).

All signs are tested and inspected for proper operation before shipment from our factory. Additionally, the packaging of all signs for transportation meets or exceeds industry standards for shipping by common carriers. Hence, the receiving party is responsible for inspecting the packaging for any damage before accepting the shipment. If the packaging is damaged, check all contents for damage before signing. If transportation damage is confirmed, it is the responsibility of the receiving customer to file a claim with the carrier and notify ACSON SIGN via email at [email protected] . Any damage occurring between our factory and the final destination is not the responsibility of ACSON SIGN but of the carrier.

This warranty does not apply to damages caused by acts of nature, accidental negligence, intentional misuse, or abuse. These warranties do not cover any defects, malfunctions, or damages resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance. ACSON SIGN disclaims any obligation under this warranty.

ACSON SIGN provides the above warranties for this product and its related items in lieu of any other express or implied warranties. The sole remedy provided by ACSON SIGN to fulfill this warranty is the repair of defective products and related items for customers.

What is your refund policy?

All of our sign letters and architectural logos are custom-made to order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on any product, unless it is defective, in which case we will definitely correct the situation immediately.

How do I clean and maintain my exterior signage?

Most exterior letters, signs and plaques will require some maintenance to retain their original luster and shine. We recommend that you clean all plastic and metal letters with a good dishwashing soap and water, using a very very light brush like a soft toothbrush or even a towel. This will remove any dirt and pollutants gathered from the environment. Please do not use any harsh or other chemicals, as we can not guarantee the affect it will have on letter finishes. If the face of a metal letter gets scratched, the polyurethane coating can be refinished using a high quality car wax.
